Completed full-time HR partner responsibilities, while independently streamlining Amazon's temporary work adjustment measurement system in a data-driven approach.

Completed successfully a 3-month internship within P&G’s HR department, having been selected as 1 of 8 interns from 1800+ applications.

Completed a virtual internship at YAI where I crafted communications on behalf of the CHRO, including writing Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer job description and restructuring YAI’s internship program.

Managed a team of counselors, while supervising children aged 9-11, ensuring their active participation and monitoring their welfare.

Worked with a team of counsellors to ensure positive experiences for the children. Recognized for leadership, organization and caring qualities, I was promoted to Assistant Head Counselor.

Worked as an intern at an organization that supports children facing significant life challenges, gaining experience liaising with 30 local partner organizations in producing charitable events.

Awarded a Distinction on Dissertation, which examined neurodiverse applicant reactions to online assessments utilized in financial sector recruitment. Invited to speak at the 2024 CIPD WorkFest on this topic, presenting at the ExCel Centre in London. Worked as a Bartender Part-Time (2-3x a week) at the Pear Tree, Fulham while completing studies.

Awarded a High-First Class Mark on Dissertation (87.5%) which was titled “Shooting for Greater Goals: The Use of Instagram by the USWNT in Negotiating a Heterosexist Feminine Identity, Anti-Black Racism, and Homophobic Rhetoric.” 2-Year Member of the Deans List for Academic Excellence. Activities and Societies: 4 Year Member of Varsity 1s Women’s Lacrosse Team. Awarded University Colors for Athletic Performance (2022) and Elected Captain (2020). Member of the Fellowship of St Andrews (Charity).
