Caroline Leon (Mountaineer)

Caroline Leon a distinguished personal psychologist, Mountaineer and health & fitness advocate with an impressive academic background. With a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, a Graduate Diploma in International Health, and a Master's in Transpersonal Psychology, Caroline brings a unique perspective to overcoming challenges and achieving remarkable results. Caroline has an incredible story of resilience and determination. In 2015, after a serious rock-climbing accident in Dubai, doctors initially told her she would never walk again. Despite this prognosis, she underwent 14 surgeries, 23 blood transfusions, and two years of extensive rehabilitation, eventually regaining her ability to walk. To celebrate her recovery, she set out to achieve a Guinness World Record as the first woman to summit all the mountains in the Middle East and the Arabian Peninsula with the logistics giant DHL. In 2023 Caroline completed a speed record of the Volcanic Seven Summits climbing; (2023)- Ojos De Salado, Chile, (2023) - Mt Sidley, Antarctica, (2023) - Pico DeOrizaba, Mexico, (2023) - Mount Giluwe, Papua New Guinea, (2023) - Mt Elbrus, Russia, (2023) - Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, (2023) - Mt Damavand, Iran. Also collaborating with the logistics giant DHL to complete this record in 183 days. Caroline Leon and DHL Express partnered to set a Guiness World Record. This September Caroline Leon attempted to be the first person in the World to summit the highest mountain in each of the countries in the Middle East. This attempt has never been tried by a solo female and DHL Express were assisting with all the logistics and support in each country across MENA.

Originally brought on as a consultant for Khansaheb Lifestyle, which at the time where expanding into Health and fitness by opening their first pilates studio in the Mirdif area. I created the entire SOL Pilates concept from inception this includes; studio design, equipment name, recruitment, staff training, and finally designing day to day operations.
