Engaged with partners to build technical capability and deliver innovative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and other Azure Foundry models and tools. Led architecture design sessions, built prototypes, coached hackathon teams to accelerate solution development, and embedded with engineering teams to ship production AI systems. Architected and built a multi‑agent Enterprise RGM system (Text2SQL, RAG, analytical insights, visualizations), developed a voice‑driven natural‑language interface for an agentic construction‑management workflow (Azure Speech + OpenAI), and created a semantic‑ and graph‑embedding analysis pipeline to identify SAP custom code for Clean Core modernization.

Data Engineer on the Content Knowledge Graph team working on ingestion, matching, curation, and publishing data from 100+ internal and external sources of entertainment information from all over the world to build a comprehensive knowledge base for the entertainment industry covering movies, shows, talent, books, social media, studios, competing platforms and other relevant entities. Developed the competitor data model including mastering a company entity in the knowledge graph, building a comprehensive catalog availability dataset and curating a first-run distributor attribute using a rules-based assignment methodology.

Work directly with Microsoft's partners to envision, architect, and help develop solutions spanning artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning on the Azure platform. Projects included automatic parsing of emergency services alerts using Natural Language Processing for extraction and classification models. Also, designed and built a recommendation engine for suggesting optimal system configurations for an enterprise software solution using a collaborative filtering recommender and leveraged graph analytics with PageRank, Jaccard and cosine similarity algorithms to analyze and suggest configuration changes.

Developed solutions for Industrial Manufacturing customers leveraging IBM Watson and Cognitive Services. Built a Cognitive Technical Assistant using Speech to Text and Natural Language Understanding to create a conversational interface with deep search capabilities against technical documents. Created a recommendation engine for troubleshooting equipment issues and deployed the model with Watson Machine Learning for integration into a call center application.

Platform expert on advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, network analytics, statistical analysis, data engineering, and visualization. Developed and presented solutions using Statistica and related technologies including R, Python, Azure Machine Learning, OrientDB, Social Network Analytics, and Hive on Spark.

Consultant to the Data Engineering group at Disney ABC Television, building a company wide big data platform to consolidate feeds from many external sources into a centralized Hadoop repository and implement solutions on Hive and Amazon Redshift to advance the capabilities of the organization to understand viewer behavior. Solutions include mastering video asset information, developing matching methodologies to consolidate and aggregate information form disparate sources, creating analytical sandboxes for Research and Data Science teams, visualizations with Tableau, and designing APIs for external teams to consume data for web portals and dashboards.

Consultant to the Corporate CRM Loyalty Marketing, Data Warehouse, and Information Technology departments for Las Vegas Sands, a global casino and resort corporation. Provided architectural guidance on analytical solutions, cloud transformation, application integration and big data platform software selection. Solution architect for a marketing and customer relationship management platform for a Las Vegas Casino integrating data in batch and real time from Casino, Lodging, Retail, and Food & Beverage systems to support casino host activity management and a guest facing website. Designed Customer Golden Record management processes and system.

Designing enterprise scale predictive analytic solutions for customers in healthcare, financial services, loyalty marketing and retail industries. Worked in pre-sales engineering and post-sales implementation roles. Developed a variety of models including prediction of hospital readmission risk, optimization of product placement, customer conversion, and fraud detection. Developed and delivered training for the Predixion product and worked with technical teams to integrate with line of business applications to deliver predictive results.

Data modeling, development and optimization of new and existing functionality for the RTP|ONE application suite. Performance tuning and administration of SQL Server databases for customer installations.
