These encompass, among others, Accountancy, Banking, Compliance and Regulatory, Investment Management and Insurance. As a Recruitment Specialist I manage multiple client and candidate portfolios on a day-to-day basis. This includes liaising with clients in various industries, understanding their requirements and challenges related to HR and identifying solutions that best fulfils their needs. My role also includes assisting and guiding candidates by introducing them to opportunities in line with their interests. As part of my role at KONNEKT, I have also participated in the delivery of training in areas covering interviewing skills, human resources and the recruitment process.
