My role is to: - identify, develop and place senior executives in critical roles. - develop and consolidate the Mazars culture across our wide footprint - catalyse a managerial transformation focused on Millenials expectations (80% of our population) - embark and engage the international community of HRD's - champion the Gender Diversity programme - facilitate and foster HR innovation throughout the Group

Created a new function dedicated to the career management of 950 equity partners, in direct connection with Mazars Executive Boards Designed and deployed a modern performance management system for top executives Executive coaching Initiated an innovative and inspiring "partner education series"

Built an ambitious recruitment strategy for Mazars' flagship country (500 pers. recruited per year) Created an ‘out-of-the-box’ employer branding strategy in a highly competitive environment Steered a campus management program in the 30 top schools in France Built a robust data mining policy
