Represent plaintiffs in sexual abuse litigation in both state and federal courts. Assist in handling mass tort litigation as part of a collaborative legal team. Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other court filings.

Trial attorney currently supervising the Family Protection Unit. Prosecute felony and misdemeanor cases, primarily focusing on cases involving sex offenses, domestic violence, and crimes against children. Manage a caseload of at times over 300 active cases. Supervise a team of Assistant DAs and support staff while coordinating with various law enforcement agencies to investigate, charge and successfully prosecute cases.

Represent the Commonwealth in court proceedings, including Juvenile Unit trials,Summary trials, Forfeiture trials, Probation/Parole Violation hearings, Summary Appeals, Indirect Criminal Contempt hearings, Guilty Pleas and Sentencings; assist with trial preparation; conduct legal research

Assist Professor Keith Fogg with research related to tax issues and procedural issues

Worked on cases of low income taxpayers at no cost to them; maintained a set of clients; interviewed clients; conducted intake; worked on collection cases and cases in front of the Tax Court; negotiated with the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of clients; worked as part of the larger clinic law firm

Reported on school board, township and budget meetings, local business communities and various local news and feature stories; maintained website as a guest editor; reported breaking news

Conducted interviews and wrote feature stories for weekly newsletter for both the Devon Fall Classic and the Devon Horse Show (benefits the Bryn Mawr Hospital) and generated press

Led daily tours of campus and interacted with prospective students and families to answer questions and promote Villanova; developed talking points and guide for alumni representatives

Assisted with writing and producing daily topical commercials based on the day’s top news stories; helped with promotional shoots and created videos for station’s social media pages

Wrote articles for publication on human-interest stories, community service projects, interviews with authors and business related pieces; prepared local police activity reports for inclusion in local briefs
