Working on development projects in the Meridian portfolio, primarily The Boro in Tysons, VA and Anthem Row in downtown D.C.

Perform asset management functions analyzing and drafting lease proposals, creditworthiness of potential tenants, and viability of different asset strategies. Produce monthly reports for company leadership depicting portfolio performance. Underwrite potential acquisitions and development projects.

Minor in Real Estate, Honors Thesis entitled "Metro as Motivator: Policies and Planning for Transit Oriented Development in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area."
