- Selected by the Center of Public Service at Gettysburg College to work as a consultant and partner with the Latino Task Force Services -Worked with the director of the Latino Task Force Service to help migrant communities in the Gettysburg area receive reliable information about the COVID-19 vaccine. -Participated in workshops learning about human-centered design thinking and utilizing this theory to create viable solutions to address the needs exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic to migrant community members. -Partnering with communities at risk in order make long-lasting positive changes in the Gettysburg Hispanic community.

-Managed ten employees and acted as the first person employees reported to. -Directed the hiring/interviewing process, as well as trained new hires. -Developed, enforced, and readapted desk policies in order to be conducive to safety protocols created by the COVID-19 pandemic. -Trained an entire new temporary staff of ten people in September 2020 in a span of two weeks after permanent staff was removed due to COVID-19 precautions.

- Acted as the face of Gettysburg College by assisting visitors and answering any questions presented to me. - Redirected incoming phone calls to the correct department and/or person the caller was inquiring about. -Displayed leadership throughout my employment by eventually being promoted to manager of the department.

-Hand-selected by Dr. Chloe Ruff to serve as a teaching assistant and mentor to thirty students ranging from first year to junior college students taking "Educational Psychology" at Gettysburg College. - Scheduled and led lab sessions for students that focused on lesson plan development and integrating current methodology surrounding educational psychology into their teaching practice. -Coordinated visits and created professional relationships with elementary schools in the Gettysburg area in order for students to gain real-life experience in the classroom.

- Selected to work with Dr. Kaoru Miyazawa in research focused on evaluating the differences in financial earnings outcomes between utilizing a traditional university teacher certification and alternative certification methods. - Organized, filed, and created literature reviews. - Researched relevant articles to utilize in the overall thesis. - The position was ultimately discontinued due to my departure for England and the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Taught English standard PA curriculum to sixty sophomores ranging at all levels of achievement and from various socioeconomic backgrounds. -Readapted curricular structure ad goals to fit a hybrid, virtual schedule. -Co-taught with a special education teacher and collaborated to design a classroom that supported all learning styles. -Offered exta help outside of the classroom by reviewing student work before submitting for a final grade. -Developed meaningful relationships with families of students through open communication via email and Zoom. -Designed an entire curriculum based on the book "Between the World and Me" by Ta-Nehisi Coates.

- Participated as a foreign exchange student teacher at Beechen Cliff Secondary School and developed lesson plans for English subject lessons for a range of twenty students. -Adapted to British culture and education structure while applying intersection knowledge of American culture. -Created meaningful relationships with students, colleagues, and the Bath community. -Compiled a portfolio offering the school administration recommendations from an American perspective while asking my British colleagues to provide the same for myself.
