Carolina Loyola

I’m currently studying Theology at the London School of Theology, where I’m exploring how faith shapes the way we think, create, and live. Alongside my studies, I serve in youth ministry at Hillsong Church, helping young people grow in confidence, character, and a deeper understanding of God’s love. Before this, I spent two years working at Gaucho as a Receptionist, where I developed experience in operations, hospitality, and team coordination within a fast-paced environment. That role taught me the value of service, adaptability, and maintaining warmth under pressure. I now work at The White Company, continuing to grow in communication, sales, and customer experience — learning how intentionality and empathy can turn everyday interactions into meaningful connections. Recently, I launched She Speaks Life, a newsletter dedicated to writing about faith, theology, and grace in the everyday. It’s become a space to bring together what I study and what I live — weaving together theology, creativity, and formation. My passion lies in helping others see that faith is not distant or abstract — it’s something deeply human, present in the quiet, ordinary moments of our lives.
