Market Supply Logistics for Urban Decay, L'Oreal Group. Influencing leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Coordinating international roll out and flows, communications and physical distribution. Managing the stock equation and ensure the quality of the demand, as well as coordinating worldwide launches.

• Responsible for Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Customer Care for Consumer Products Division and Professional Products Division (Year sales $51 million) • Strongly animating and following up KPI’s (Service Level from 91% in 2011 to 97% in 2012, Forecast deviations 55% to 38%). • Developing and improving the performance of the overall supply chain, leading and supporting LEAN, work efficiency projects and Change Management projects (Customer Care 20% task time reduction). • Maintaining close relationships with internal (Sales and Marketing) and external stakeholders (Retailers and Subcontractors), animating joint collaborations. • Ensuring the stability, motivation and development of a team of 12 people (2 people promoted)

• Leading the tender and roll out project of the Regional Warehouse Hub ($12.8 million stock value, 56K sqf surface). • Managing 3rd Party Logistics and Forwarders (3 years contracts, KPI’s and Budget of operations $170K). • Coordinating various supply chain and transportation projects, such as: delivery schedules generating 40% of cost reduction in 2009, system interfaces, Security Health Environment (SHE) Green Initiatives (recyclable and sustainable boxes with a ROI of 2 years).

• Coordinating and evaluating the feasibility of new product launches between marketing department, factories and subsidiaries. • Managing the product catalogue, product database and price evolution (1200 sku’s). • Leading the product codification function (1 person).

• Managing the short-term flows, coordinating international exports to Europe and Asia and their legal documents. • Animating the packing-shipment team (6 people). • Leading key policies projects: Logistic Contracts with subsidiaries and European Returns.

• Automating the monthly operating report: from 2 days manual workload to 2 hours auto-generated. • Assessing a new supply logistic process for products launches (high-low hypothesis of stock coverage).

Analyzing the current operational and organizational flows in order to restructure the General Services Department of the Andes Foment Corporation.
