Responsible for the strategic direction and management of franchise sales, business development, and new market entry programs to grow Juice It Up! stores nationwide. Lead pipeline management; source, identify and provide initial vetting of new franchisees; execute the development process, lead the franchise disclosure renewal process, manage franchise renewals and franchise transfers, review and participate in real estate and lease reviews, as well as participate and provide overall leadership and direction to expand and grow the JUICE IT UP® brand nationwide.

Responsible for business development, franchise sales, re-sales, approvals, renewals and transfers. Manage the sales, negotiations, and administration of franchise agreements for LLJ Franchise, LLC. Meet with and qualify potential franchisees, perform background and credit checks. Organize and maintain data on all current and new franchises.

Planned, organized and managed corporate events to include meetings, conferences and training programs. Created meeting specifications and assisted corporate executives with development of event goals and objectives. Researched, recommended and secured event destination sites and facilities. Negotiated and reviewed event contracts for legal and liability issues. Created and maintained all corporate university collateral and training materials. Administrated internal degree program. Responsible for the marketing and promotion of corporate university, developed marketing plans and strategies, and developed corporate university website.

Provided administration and support to a franchise network of more than 250 locations in 40 countries, and a field support team (2 yrs). On-site office supervisor for satellite location. Managed office staff and day-to-day facility operations. Created reports and processed communication to corporate office. Composed Office Administration Manual and served on a joint application development team for creation of internal software (1 yr). Provided administrative assistance and support to three Sales Managers with a team of over 50 Account Executives. Responsible for training new Account Executive on database, registration system and internal sales system (1 yr). Front Desk/Reception support, performed check in, registration, class confirmations, reporting and database management. Provided support to the Operations, Training and Distribution Departments (1 yr).

Responsible for daily office operations, staff scheduling and billing. Also provided assistance to Drafting Department, secured building permits through the County of Orange and Los Angeles for gas station retrofits, retail conversions and compliance work.
