· Leading and drive China RCC apparel design team for apparel and graphic design in sportsyle BU with both menswear, womenswear and unisex product. From Core, Prime to Select business level. Also in charge of local Select collab design. Leading the team for local trend analyze and base on global creative driection to and China local market trend to provide local creative driection, product strategy, material/fabric/colour strategy, graphic and apparel story and concept, key sihouette, ect. Leading and deliver all NRP, SMU, CNY, Proactive and repid response project. Support and consulting for proactive pack marketing storis. · Participate in and leading the china customer study with design and PLMs. · Work in a team provide graphic and apparel design, trends, excecution. Participate in China RCC 0-1 set up and leading graphic team 0-1 set ups. Manage design workload. · Support and consulting for design source and Kids Semir license product. Supporting and communicate with Global Headquater closely for new season creative direction set up, design direction, line DNA, and product design. · Work with merchant, developer, PLMs, retials and marketing team closely.
