Facilitated, administered, and directed the data management activities of the Human Resources Department including the acquisition and support of computer hardware and software for various management tasks and functions. Assisted with the development and implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for the university. Accountable for the Family and Medical Leave Act (FLMA) program, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Reporting the Monthly New Hires, the Applicant Tracking Recruiting database system, Conducted investigations for the university.

Responsible for providing strategic HR support for the IT department. Responsible for ensuring that the IT department is compliance with HR’s policies and procedures. Responsible for managing all aspects of the IT Department’s procurement processes, budget and finance procedures. Assigns & leads the management of PMO staff to successful completion and/or implementation of the university’s campus wide projects and activities. Applies practical advice and expertise to projects that promotes innovation, efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality improvement and resource management. Acts as a change agent in the implementation of key initiatives.

Responsible for leading project development, operational support, and IT financials including but not limited to budget development, financials tracking and management. Provides supervision, leadership, direction and coaching on strategic projects tasks to promote team member skills refinement and professional development. Assigns & leads the management of PMO staff to successful completion and/or implementation of the university’s campus wide projects and activities. Oversees IT projects, ensuring that project team’s delivers strategic projects on time through appropriate stakeholder engagement and project controls in alignment with the universities business plans, goals and commitments.
