Working for a medical Royal College in a busy HR & Organisational Development function. Responsible for HR administration, undertaking research activities to identify best practice and consulting with stakeholders to devise and deliver appropriate organisation initiatives. Key achievements: - Created, coordinated and finalised guidelines for a shadowing programme to be introduced at the College, requiring desktop research along with coordination and consultation with the relevant colleagues, including the recognised Trade Union. - Created and finalised a ‘Meeting Etiquette’ to be distributed to all meetings rooms throughout the college - Researched and devised appropriate communication to enforce the College’s zero tolerance towards bullying as part of anti-bullying week - Tasked with reviewing organisational policies on Harassment & Bullying, Mediation and Diversity & inclusion. Researched best practice including consulting with colleagues in other Royal Colleges and concluded that the existing policies were compliant with all prevailing legislation and exceeded best practice.

* Assisted with the organisation of the annual conference, which saw over 350 delegates; gained valuable experience in an events role. * Key achievements: * Liaised with speakers and delegates before, during and after the conference to provide them with any information they required as well as CPD and attendance certificates. * Regularly updated the conference website with new information
