OPNOUS is focusing on developing smart sensing and AI related system and products, including TOF 3D sensing and system for 3D imaging and modeling, ARVR enhanced reality development, smart face recognition, gesture recognition and gait recognition. Communicate with customers, design the optical system scheme according to the product terminal usage scene. Determine optical components (LENS, VCSEL) design SPECs and set priorities, according to customer needs. Confirm the suitable TOF lens supplier according to the design requirements. Optical performace test to confirm the parts meet the design SPECs, and to suggest improvements. Track project process, ensure new TOF module trial-produced. Optimized the optical system to make it more suitable for mass production.

Search for suitable suppliers according to RPO's RFQ. Communicate with RPO and suppliers to confirm drawings SPECs. Track order status to ensure quality and delivery time. Audit the supplier and determmine whether it can meet the requirements of RPO order according to its processing,testing and quality control. Collect potential suppliers.Optimize suppliers and reduce cost effectively.

Familiar with LOH - GI grinding machine, ZEEKO 7-axis polishing machine, QED magnetorheological finishing machine. Aspherical model test scheme design, light path debugging and test result analysis, feedback and processing. Optical ultra-precision measure with ZYGO interferometer, 4 D interferometer, Taylor-Hobson Aspheric profilerometer.
