I currently lead sales, marketing, and operational strategy at IO Extracts, a family-owned cannabis manufacturing and distribution company built from the ground up in Arizona. My role spans the full lifecycle of the business — from revenue generation and brand growth to lab operations, procurement, quality control, and strategic planning. I work closely across departments to ensure our products, processes, and partnerships align with both regulatory standards and long-term growth goals. On any given day, I may be: • Driving sales strategy and key account relationships • Overseeing marketing, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution • Managing lab operations, production workflows, and quality control • Leading procurement and vendor partnerships • Supporting business development, forecasting, and financial analysis • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, scale responsibly, and improve margins What sets my approach apart is a balance of hands-on execution and strategic vision.
