As a Business & Technology Transformation Program Manager, I play a pivotal role in identifying, selecting and promoting strategic technology initiatives and lead the development, prioritisation and implementation of programs of projects to optimise the benefits of new technologies. With experience across a diverse range of industries, my focus has been to ensure that investments in technologies enable organisations to elevate their capabilities to enable them to realise their visions. I understand the needs of a business and translating them into solutions, provide unique insight into problems, and translate between the business and technology. In leading large teams through a substantial Business & Technology Transformation program, I formulated and implemented approaches that incorporated best practice change management frameworks and practices to achieve stakeholder engagement and commitment and to facilitate the rapid adoption of new processes. I have a track record of accomplishment in planning and delivering reform incorporating substantial organisational and operational changes, involving extensive business process re-engineering.
