As Manager of Donor Engagement at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, I support donor engagement strategies, stewardship initiatives, and philanthropic experiences that strengthen connections between donors, partners, and Team USA athletes. In this role, I oversee the management and engagement of the NextGen Council — a community of emerging supporters helping shape the future of the Olympic & Paralympic movement through philanthropy, events, and athlete connection. I collaborate cross-functionally to support fundraising efforts, donor communications, event coordination, and athlete engagement opportunities that drive meaningful impact across Team USA. Leveraging my background as an Olympian, I bring an athlete-centered perspective to relationship management, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.

As an Athlete Fellow at the Olympic and Paralympic Training Center, I work within the Resident Athlete Life & Programming department. In this role, I help maintain, launch, and implement a variety of projects and initiatives designed to support athletes’ success—both during their athletic careers and as they prepare for life beyond sport. I bring the skills, perspective, and lived experience gained as an Olympic athlete into this work with one goal in mind: to help athletes thrive and reach their full potential.

Supported the planning and execution of Team USA events, including conferences, summits, and athlete receptions. Assisted with registration, credentialing, hotel and transportation logistics, venue setup, signage, vendor coordination, and on-site operations—gaining hands-on experience delivering large-scale, world-class events in a dynamic environment.

Park & Pipe Coach for the Park City Ski Team, supporting the athletic and personal development of youth freeski athletes both on and off the mountain. In this role, I coached technical park and pipe skills, fostered team culture, and prioritized athlete confidence, mental well-being, and personal growth alongside competitive performance. Drawing from my experience as an Olympian, I mentored athletes through the challenges of high-level sport while helping create a positive, supportive, and inclusive training environment.

Led real-time social and press coverage for national team events. Wrote and produced post-event newsletters and articles, managed athlete–media interactions and requests on-site, and captured and published content quickly during competitions—often working early mornings and overnight to cover international events across time zones.

After seven surgeries and nearly two years away from competition, the Olympics became my first event back. I missed the qualifying window due to injury and was selected through coach discretion—an opportunity I did not take lightly. Making finals and placing 11th at the Olympic Games under those circumstances remains one of the proudest moments of my life, shaped by resilience, patience, and belief through setback after setback.
