Manager of Donor Engagement - Councils @ United States Olympic & Paralympic Foundation

About

As an Olympian turned professional within the Olympic & Paralympic movement, I’m passionate about helping athletes thrive—not just in sport, but as whole people beyond competition. My own transition out of elite athletics gave me firsthand insight into the identity shifts, uncertainty, and growth that come with life after sport. That experience ultimately shaped the work I feel most called toward today: supporting athletes through connection, mentorship, storytelling, career development, and meaningful opportunities that help them build fulfilling lives both during and after competition.I currently serve as Manager of Donor Engagement with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where I help foster meaningful relationships between donors, partners, and Team USA athletes. What excites me most about this work is the opportunity to create direct impact within the athlete community and help strengthen the support systems that allow athletes to pursue excellence on and off the field of play.Prior to this role, I completed a year-long Athlete Fellowship with the USOPC, working across multiple departments within the Olympic & Paralympic Committee. That experience challenged me to step outside of the identity I had always known through sport and gave me confidence in the value, perspective, and leadership skills I bring beyond athletic performance.Alongside my work within the Olympic & Paralympic movement, I’m passionate about mentorship, motivational speaking, mental health advocacy, authentic storytelling, and creating spaces where athletes feel seen, supported, and empowered in every stage of their journey. At the core of everything I do is a simple mission: helping people discover purpose, identity, and confidence beyond performance alone.

As Manager of Donor Engagement at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, I support donor engagement strategies, stewardship initiatives, and philanthropic experiences that strengthen connections between donors, partners, and Team USA athletes. In this role, I oversee the management and engagement of the NextGen Council — a community of emerging supporters helping shape the future of the Olympic & Paralympic movement through philanthropy, events, and athlete connection. I collaborate cross-functionally to support fundraising efforts, donor communications, event coordination, and athlete engagement opportunities that drive meaningful impact across Team USA. Leveraging my background as an Olympian, I bring an athlete-centered perspective to relationship management, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.

After seven surgeries and nearly two years away from competition, the Olympics became my first event back. I missed the qualifying window due to injury and was selected through coach discretion—an opportunity I did not take lightly. Making finals and placing 11th at the Olympic Games under those circumstances remains one of the proudest moments of my life, shaped by resilience, patience, and belief through setback after setback.
