My main responsibilities support the hospital in preparing for an audit. My duties include DocuSharing the necessary paperwork to our online database; coding the documents with the appropriate funding and correct department; and ensuring all paperwork has the required signatures before sending it to the right person. In addition to these daily, typical activities, I also assist the department with some bigger projects, such as catering events and invoices. These tasks take a lot more precision and time. I must email various department heads, determine the appropriate funding, and create a specific Excel document within an allotted time frame.

A two-week training process taught me how to operate three sewing machines at once. I was very meticulous in my work as I double checked thread colors, thread order, and placement of shirt on the machine.
