- Manage program of recruiting inexperienced and experienced financial advisors, assistants, and interns to join the firm - Source and recruit potential candidates from various avenues including online postings, college campus involvement, presentations, and referrals - Conduct interviews of candidates and administer personality assessments - GAMA International's 2013 Recruiting Specialist Award

- Managed caseload of foster children to help transition and finalize their adoption into loving, permanent homes - Completed child safety and service plans, adoption home studies, and other required reports to present in court

- Facilitated foster parent orientations and informational meetings to discuss foster care licensing application process and recruit new applicants - Conducted home inspections and in-depth interviews with potential foster/adoptive parents - Guided families through licensing process to ensure all requirements were met

- Managed and supervised caseload of juvenile offenders, including violent and sex offenders, on parole - Held weekly team meetings with juveniles and their families to ensure adequate progress - Interviewed juveniles and assessed risk upon court's sentencing and commitment into juvenile prison - Reviewed county diagnostic billings to ensure accuracy - 2007 DSHS Region 3 Individual Performance Award
