Carly Abramowitz

I’ve spent more than 25 years working with leaders and organizations as they navigate complexity, acceleration, and constant change. As founder and CEO of CA Consulting Group (CACG), a Paris-based leadership and transformation firm, I partner with large global organizations across industries including banking, insurance, advisory services, pharmaceuticals, luxury… and help them transform leadership and culture. At CACG, we help organizations align human capabilities with strategic ambition. We do it through highly creative, innovative learning programs designed to truly move the dial on behaviors and mindsets. Our proprietary ILP Impact Framework™ (Inspiring, Learning, Practicing) is built to shape stronger leaders, more grounded managers, and more impactful communicators — by anchoring new ways of thinking and acting in real leadership situations. This approach not only drives genuine transformation at both individual and organizational levels, but also strengthens engagement, a sense of purpose, and performance. Today, CACG has an international team of 100+ senior coaches, supporting leaders and teams across large-scale transformation initiatives. Alongside my role as CEO and advisor, I’m the author of Dancing with Chaos — a book born from years of leading in complexity, and from a belief that clarity, movement, and agency are skills that can be learned, even when the ground is moving beneath us. I’m a graduate of Northwestern University and an alum of Harvard Business School Executive Education programs Launching New Ventures and Leading Professional Service Firms. I am proud to sit on the Member Council of Abundance360 and to serve as President of the association Amadeus-Neuro. I also created Genie, an AI-based learning tool designed to strengthen leadership and relational skills through deliberate practice — extending development beyond the room and into everyday leadership moments. I live between Paris and Miami and am the mother of two.
