Prior to launching Slasify, I built a solid foundation in the software industry, spending over a decade as an engineer and manager. This extensive technological background has been crucial in developing Slasify's user-centric online platform, designed to facilitate smooth communication, efficient project management, and seamless collaboration for remote teams. I've been able to harness my knowledge of software structures, integrating advanced tech solutions into our business operations, thereby enhancing our service delivery. From its roots as a small start-up, Slasify has grown to become a noteworthy player in specific areas within the Asian market. As a founding member and RD Manager at Vpon Big Data Group, I led a team of developers to create a big data platform from scratch. This platform has since served over 100 million unique users every month. The road to success was not easy; we had to solve numerous scalability issues, from data structure to hardware infrastructures, due to the unstable and unpopular cloud solutions at the time. Despite the challenges, I am proud to have played a significant role in the company's growth during its first few years. Within a few months, I grew my team from 3 to 20 members, a precious experience that helped me hone my leadership skills. Overall, my time at Vpon was an incredibly rewarding experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to the creation of a highly successful big data platform that served millions of users, and for the valuable lessons I learned while leading a team through rapid growth and overcoming obstacles.
