-Responsible for coordinating day-to-day On-Road delivery operations for DFV1 Station in Pordenone area (max capacity 48k parcels/day with and XPT-point in Trieste,Italy connected). -Managing 5 different suppliers (with a total pool of 350 drivers) and coordinating activities with World-Wide central departments (Safety, Contract Management, Finance, Quality mainly). -Monitoring statistical data to identify correlations between output of the operating results with controllable inputs

While following my last projects as Project Manager in order in execution, I covered the role of Technical Sales Manager in the Reheating Furnace and Heat Treatment department. I was part of sales projects among the different world-wide regional organizations of SMS group with focus on Reheating Furnaces and related Green Steel solutions.

I managed projects from coming into force till final acceptance of the equipment, covering completely the project through: mechanical, electrical & automation engineering; legal and contract management; logistics and international transportation; site construction; claim management; equipment start up and commissioning. I have at managed projects in U.S.A., Austria, Indonesia, India, Venezuela, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Spain and Denmark

My tasks at SMS Meer Turnkey division have been: - To assist the Auxiliary Chief Engineer for Water Treatment Plant equipment in the dimensioning of plants, selection of suppliers and approaching customers during the bidding phases. - To select the necessary equipment, the suppliers and the technical solutions for Rolling Mill workshops and Rolling Mill and Melt-shops laboratory equipment related to SMS Meer turnkey projects during bidding phases. - To follow the chinese supplier selection for the turnkey projects necessary equipment. - To define the auxiliary equipment Scope of Supply and Scope of Work in conjunction with the auxiliary chiefs engineers of SMS Meer Turnkey Division.

In Foxconn CCPBG I was part of a team studying improvements in Human Factors Design. In particular I was studying automation applications (specially in the field of Robotics) for improvements of work conditions on Nintendo products' assembly line. The team qualified 1st in the 2012 competition among all Chinese Foxconn's factories. The project had the aim of introducing new lean-automation solutions to improve assembly stations' ergonomics and solving safety issues. The project was awarded with the 1st prize for its taking big efforts in finding innovative solution for a product line (Nintendo Wii) facing big problems on all its supply chain.

As an Intern assisted for the creation of the website (http://www.greenanchor.it/) and assisted sourcing suppliers. I have been assisting customers in relating technical issues with local Chinese supplier, visiting the production facilities and approaching communication issues.

Every year have been awarded leader of my year and got qualified with a Double Honor Rank. It's only one of the four military High Schools in Italy and the only one managed by the Italian Navy.

Major in “Management Science and Engineering Master Thesis with Prof. Jeffrey Tew: Lean application of Human-Robot Cooperation: Sharing Shop Floor and Work Content. Awarded for two consecutive years with the Beijing Government Scholarship and obtained the First in Class Award for excellent results and self-commitment

Major in “Mechanical and Production Engineering – Management”. THESIS with Prof. Alberto De Marco: The Automotive Market in China: the “Cash Cow” of the Automotive Industry. According to the Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities and many other sources it is the first technical university in Italy.

As a double degree student majoring in “Mechanical and Production Engineering”. Engineering Courses held in english by Italian Professors from Politecnico di Milano and Politecnico di Torino. In parallel I took a Chinese Language Course and 3 Chinese Culture Courses. I was within the “Politong” project, being awarded with a joint Scholarship from Politecnico di Milano, Politecnico di Torino and Tongji together with Italian and Chinese private companies.

Subjects typical of an Italian traditional scientific high school, but with several more activities which are settled to gain soft skills which improve relating with others capabilities and improving living adaptability (thorough long periods at sea, a lot of sport and military activities and many responsibilities such as participating to the education of the younger students).
