* Consolidated distinct supply chain data from different business units and conducted complex enterprise-wide supplier spend data analysis using SAP BW, SAP R3 MM, Info Maker, Crystal Reports, MS Access, and advanced MS Excel (QI Macros - Pareto, Fishbone, Scatter, Control Chart). * Gathered, documented, developed, tested, and implemented SAP BW and Crystal reports based on Supply Chain business requirements. * Created, maintained, and presented the monthly supply chain performance metrics scorecard to senior management. * Led medium project teams from different business units.

Created, developed and established the foundation for this position by improving 3 processes for data capturing while creating and defining 10 standard Quality reports. Managed the global QES (Quality Evaluation System) for North America; trained and enabled 20 NA users, worked closely with global QES team in Sweden and shared QES/data knowledge with other key QES Regional Super Users. Improved the North America quality data for Major Appliances by developing and implementing cross-functional action plans that addressed faulty processes affecting the Quality department. Consolidated and validated quality data from all 5 North America factories (dish, cooking, refrigeration, freezer, laundry) including weekly scorecards and monthly global reports. Designed, developed, maintained MS SharePoint site for the Major Appliances Quality department. Improved the tracking of 4 KPIs for the Quality department by making those available in SharePoint enabling senior management to take the necessary corrective actions.

* Improved the daily and month-end Finance reporting process by reducing the number of SAP BW reports needed (from 32 to 20) as well as the amount of time required to generate those reports, from 1 month to 1 week, developed and implemented SAP BW training. * Reconciled finance data using MS Access databases.

* Managed the logistics system upgrade project using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Developed and maintained the entire system documentation (Project Management Plan, URS, Validation Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Risk Assessment, Traceability Matrix). * Liaised with software vendor in Canada and managed the entire change management process. * Followed company guidelines to ensure RA & QA compliances in accordance to cGMP and 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines, FDA, and GHA (German Health Authority) regulations.
