Planta Beneficio Shouxin Fase I. • Planificación, coordinación y gestión del mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de los sistemas de instrumentación, control y automatización. • Gestión de actividades relacionadas con PLC, SCADA, CCM, redes industriales, instrumentos de campo y lazos de control. • Coordinación de planes de acción para instrumentos críticos, asegurando la continuidad operativa del proceso productivo. • Supervisión de calibraciones, mantenimiento de instrumentos y ejecución de trabajos programados y no programados. • Coordinación con Planeamiento para el cumplimiento del programa anual, mensual y semanal de mantenimiento. • Gestión de mejoras de automatización e ingeniería para proyectos existentes y futuros. • Seguimiento de KPI, modelamiento de datos, diagramas de lazo, diagramas esquemáticos y documentación técnica. • Coordinación con áreas de Operaciones, Seguridad, Producción, Ingeniería y Gestión para garantizar trabajos seguros y eficientes. • Gestión de procedimientos, registros y formatos de mantenimiento de instrumentación. • Liderazgo de equipos técnicos especializados, priorizando la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de los sistemas de planta.

• Work under a 6x1 shift rotation at Shouxin Mining Unit – Phase II. • Supervise the proper acquisition and transmission of digital and analog signals to the control room. • Develop and update maintenance procedures and forms for instrumentation. • Coordinate annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans with the Planning area. • Execute immediate action plans for critical instruments, ensuring continuous improvement. • Supervise the periodic calibration of instruments. • Ensure the advance availability of materials and tools through coordination with Logistics. • Manage engineering projects related to Instrumentation, Control, and Automation. • Propose and implement improvement projects related to Industrial Process Control and Automation.

- Work under a 14x7 schedule. Yanacancha Mining Unit, Antamina. - Responsible, along with the Technical Manager, for deliverables in the Instrumentation discipline of the Engineering area. - Ensure project progress has provided all required documentation (Engineering and Construction). - Prepare the necessary technical reports for client approval. - Basic and Detailed Engineering design for Fire Detection Systems SDCI. (Block Diagram, Connection Diagram, Single-line Diagrams). - Drafting discipline-specific documentation (Data Sheets, Equipment and Instrumentation Cable Lists, estimates, and cost calculations). - Execute fieldwork (Construction) in the Instrumentation discipline. - Prepare Quality documentation for the Instrumentation discipline (Dossiers, Test Pack, Protocol Matrices, Inspection Point Plans, Procedures and Records, Material Logs, Top Index Logs, TOP FILE, Final Report).

- Responsible, along with the Technical Manager, for deliverables in the instrumentation discipline. - Ensure project progress has provided all required documentation. - Prepare the necessary technical reports for client approval. - Instrumentation plan design (P&ID Diagrams, Connection Diagrams, Block Diagrams, Single-line Diagrams). - Drafting discipline-specific documentation (Data Sheets, I/O Lists, Equipment and Instrumentation Cable Lists, estimates, and cost calculations). - Execute fieldwork (Construction) in the Instrumentation discipline.

- Responsible for backups of PLC and HMI programs across various factory areas. - Responsible, along with the Instrumentation Chief, for factory Instrumentation and Control equipment. - Supervise project and maintenance work by instrumentation service providers. - Prepare preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance reports for the Instrumentation area. - Develop the annual preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedule for the Instrumentation area. - Ensure project progress has provided all required documentation. - Prepare reports for Management and present projects for necessary approvals. - Instrumentation plan design (P&ID Diagrams, Connection Diagrams, Block Diagrams, Single-line Diagrams, Command and Electrical Diagrams). - Drafting documentation (Data Sheets, I/O Lists, Equipment and Instrumentation Cable Lists, estimates, and cost calculations).

- Organize and store all relevant documentation related to project execution. - Periodically update stored information. - Ensure project progress has provided all required documentation. - Prepare reports for Management and assist with approvals. - Instrumentation plan design (P&ID Diagrams, Connection Diagrams, Block Diagrams, Single-line Diagrams, Command and Electrical Diagrams). - Drafting documentation (Data Sheets, I/O Lists, Equipment and Instrumentation Cable Lists, estimates, and cost calculations).

- Supervise installation, assembly, commissioning, and startup of two automatic batch sugar centrifuges (Centrifuge Fives Cail; Capacity: 750 Kg; Controller: PLC S7-300; Inverter: Sinamics S-150; Operations Panel: HMI KP-700). - Field instrumentation calibration. - Design P&ID diagrams for dome level control using three elements (Cascade Control + feedforward). - Design P&ID diagrams for deaerator level control. - Design P&ID diagrams for imbibition water control in the milling area. - Periodic field instrumentation calibration. - Evaluate and detect process errors. - Implement solutions to prevent production shutdowns.
