Production Manager, under my responsibilities Planning, Process, Engineering and Production. Set-up a factory to produce off-shore nacelles since mould building until the end. I did the P-PAP for Wind Power Customer, also developments in the process. We installed a fabric kitting CNC, Injection machines, which I became specialist. Was a big challenge since it was my first time abroad, and I am living in a city where the people is not used to speak English. I have to figure out how to teach, how to communicate with my team. Different cultures, mindsets, make me grow a lot in the last 3 years. We had different projects using polyester, epoxy resins, process as Vacuum infusion, filament winding, RTM.
