SQDM is a consultancy company providing SOA, BPM and CRM services. As a senior integration consultant, I was involved in two major projects with the biggest telecommunications companies in Colombia. The goals were to improve the critical processes, supporting business operations through technology modernization and the inclusion of new services in the portfolio.

Agriculture Bank of Colombia’s project The bank is a society with a mixed economy, ruled by government policies linked to the agricultural ministry and rural development. Finances mainly but not only: rural, agriculture, livestock, fisheries, forestry and agro-industrial sectors and related activities. The project objectives were to provide maintenance of COBIS core banking, as well as develop the new electronic channels supporting the bank´s activity (virtual banking and interactive voice response).

TELECENTROS The goal of the project was to create an arena for learning, communication and interaction to improve the community live conditions. Information Technologies and communication as means to improve citizens’ life were used. Knowledge products and room for knowledge sharing are promoted through multiple players connected through the national network. Within this scope, tutorials, multimedia, games, playbooks, and physical memories of both local and national get together. Also, lessons learnt and experience summaries were compiled to support the contact centres while replicating and disseminating the generated knowledge. As a web developer, I created specific parts of the presentation, application and data layers within the platform using VB.Net# running on .Net Framework 3.5.
