As a managing partner and head of the investment banking division at Galapagos Capital, I lead a team of professionals who provide strategic and financial advice to clients across various sectors and regions. I have been involved in multiple transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets, structured finance, and corporate governance. I have over 20 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, having founded and managed Cypress, a boutique firm that specialized in M&A and fund raising for large and mid-sized corporations. I am also a member of the HBS Alumni Angels of Brazil, a network of Harvard Business School alumni who invest in and mentor early-stage entrepreneurs. I hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Unicamp, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a board member certification from IBGC, the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. My mission is to deliver value-added solutions to clients and stakeholders, leveraging my expertise, network, and ethical standards.
