Perform contract audits, reconciliations, payment submittion of 2.4 million every month, bank reconciliations, public orientations, calculations, handling spreadsheets in Excel, advanced skills in Excel (Macros / Formulas) and other financial duties, calculating late, emergency and extraordinaries payments, process and solve clients concerns and problems.

Responsible for complex purchasing functions consistent with established AHS procurement policies, practices, laws, and trade agreements. Responsible for the acquisition of supplies, services or supporting functions within assigned work groups. Perform the acquisition process primarily for purchases of a transactional nature which includes researching/collating information, preparation of request for quotations, review of quotations, creations of purchase agreements, and issuance of purchase orders.

* Provide consultation and support to AHS zone and provincial departments with regards contract initiation, development and sourcing strategies. * Facilitate communication with AHS stakeholders and service providers. * Contribute to corporate decision-making planning * Assist with the development and maintenance of an overall project plan for sourcing initiatives, with timely completition and effective outcomes. * Coordinate the development of recomendations, reports and briefing for AHS Executive and other stakeholders as appropiate. * Provide consolidation status for the porject team and AHS management. * Assesing the needs and providing input into the development of and implementation of strategies that support Clinical Services Contracting.
