Key Achievements 🏆 Implemented AWS EKS with Axway Gateway, improving scalability, availability and efficiency. 🏆 Launched the API Portal with Axway, centralizing governance and documentation, boosting developer experience and accelerating partner adoption. 🏆 Applied AI (AWS Bedrock) to the Design System, automating Figma-to-code and accelerating delivery while enhancing developer productivity. 🏆 Achieved significant App Health improvement, reducing crash rates — previously the top user complaint — and elevating mobile customer experience. I also lead the App Health Guild, API Center of Excellence (CoE) and Cloud Native Guild, fostering best practices, innovation and technical governance.

-Performance at the WM/LES Module (Warehouse Management/Logistics Execution System) on SAP, providing 3rd level support and developing programs in ABAP. -Responsible for developing and customizing the system for implementing enhancements in logistics and development/support processes for the inventory process in Latin America. -Development (ABAP language) of tags in Smart forms and ZPL having major automobile assemblers as clients, such as Volkswagen, Renault, FIAT, Nissan, Honda, General Motors and PSA. -Responsible for implementing SAP with rollout of Bosch templates, giving support to the Red Prairie and TMS systems and to the Recof satellite program (local legal software).

🏆 SAP Centralization Logistics Implementation - Bosch Campinas - Unify the 10 companies that were in different centers in the SAP organization, into a single company and center, with 10 different business units. 🏆 Implementation of Satellite Plants (production line at suppliers) in 2014.

🏆 Implementation of WMS Red Prairie in the Louveira distribution center in 2012. 🏆 SAP Rollout – Bosch Toluca/Mexico in 2012 and leadership of the implementation projects of the new version and diagnosis of the Recof system in 2011.

- Expertise in the Sales and Distribution – Support and Improvements module, in addition to managing calls from the Recof (Softway) and NSI (Ecomex) satellite systems.

- Expertise in the Financial Accounting – Support and Improvements module, as well as management of the SPED and Sati satellite systems. 🏆 Responsible for monitoring system audits (Price) in 2010.

- Developing programs integrated to the TOTVS Logix ERP system, with the use of 4GL language, reporting progress and complying with the schedule and scope of the projects. - Experience with the tools Oracle Database 10g and SQL.
