I am a business-oriented lawyer focused on helping companies navigate complex legal, commercial, and regulatory challenges in an increasingly global and technology-driven environment. My work spans international commercial contracts, corporate structuring, complex negotiations, intellectual property, compliance, technology regulation, and data protection, offering clients an integrated and practical perspective that supports secure and strategic growth. Throughout my career, I have advised organizations across several industries — pharmaceuticals/life sciences, automotive, food and beverage, retail, and TMT — assisting them in negotiating strategic transactions, structuring new business operations, drafting and managing cross-border agreements, and implementing governance and compliance frameworks that enable sustainable expansion. In recent years, I have also built a strong track record in privacy and data protection, supporting companies in navigating regulatory requirements, implementing and managing privacy programs, responding to data incidents, serving as an external DPO, and developing a culture of data protection. My combined experience in technology, IP, and regulation enables me to bridge legal, technical, and business perspectives with clarity and pragmatism. I actively participate in associations such as IAPP, ABPI, LES-Brasil, and OAB-SP, and have previously served as Vice-Chair of the Privacy, Security & Digital Rights Committee of the American Bar Association (Section of International Law) and as Chair of the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter in São Paulo. My work has been recognized by rankings such as Análise Advocacia 500 (2016–2022), Leaders League (2021–2022) and Chambers & Partners (2022). I have also lectured in Brazil and abroad on topics related to international contracts, intellectual property, technology regulation, and privacy.
