The development at 46graus.com is focused on delivering value to the customer. We pride ourselves on facilitating and improving our audience's workflow so they can really focus on work rather than process. Our software needs to be reliable, scalable, resilient, and quality. At this time I've been able to learn a lot of new technology, design patterns and programming languages. Most of the backend development is done in python with the Django framework, in which I dedicate myself intensely, but I have also done work in Nodejs, LUA and django-rest-framework. I have faced many infrastructure challenges, we have used AWS services and as I said our biggest concern is the scalability of the software but also the infra and this is making me learn a lot about it. We use agile methodologies to improve our development process and improve communication between teams.

I helped review and update flowcharts in the development and support area, and in implementing the DevOps methodology in the enterprise. I worked in the analysis and documentation of projects, and assisted the commercial area by verifying the technical possibility of execution and the use of resources. I presented solutions and discussed the development with customers. I was responsible for ensuring the development of the project, according to the requirements, and followed the indicators to check possible improvements in the process or avoid possible problems with deliveries. I gained experience with Git versioning. We used Kanban as well as other agile methodologies. The company specializes in the development of EAD solutions. We used PrestaShop, Moodle, Wordpress and WebTV (proprietary) in Django.

I worked in the requirements survey with the client, development of the project documentation, creation of the schedule and allocation of resources, management of the development team, introduction to agile methodologies.

My biggest challenge was helping the company to develop and build distribution channels, as well as to improve business and inventory processes. I worked actively in prospecting clients, managing newsletters, direct mail and e-commerce. I supported the sales team and also assisted in the development of commercial and marketing planning. I planned and executed the choice, implementation, training and monitoring of the company's ERP and CRM results. I also helped develop new products, from design to manufacturing (suppliers).
