* Exports: - Responsible for the preparation and issuance of documents for more than 250 maritime export orders (Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, among others). * Distribution: - Substitution in the distribution area, in charge of the mobilization of the product from its departure from the plant, until its consolidation and delivery of the container in port. * Purchasing and supply: - Substitution in the purchasing area, support in the request of quotations, imports, analysis of comparative tables, homologation of suppliers and issuance of purchase orders.

* Logistics and Warehouse Planning: - Approve Product Reservation Requests and elaboration of production schedules for the different plants and products. - Daily control of compliance with the production program and communicate any non-compliance for rescheduling. - Quota control by market (Latin America, Domestic Sales, USA, Overseas, China). - Control of inputs (Bags, pallets among others) and issuance of purchase request for replenishment. * Industrial Operations: - Support in the review of consumption ratios of raw materials and inputs and data of the follow-up plans of the reaction, filtration, crystallization, centrifugation, drying and bagging processes. - Follow-up of the compliance with the production and consumption program for each cost center in the standard part. the standard part. - Recording of consumption data (industrial water, potable water, natural gas) in the Standard Part. - Participation in the preparation of the ore life report. - Support in the supervision during Boric Acid plant maintenance. - Support in the preparation of the Production Budget of the plants for the year 2022. - Issuance of consumption vouchers.

- Elaboración de procedimientos y diagramas de flujo para las áreas de contabilidad, almacenes, venta de repuestos y servicio de postventa. - Elaboración del Mapa de Procesos de la empresa. - Reubicación de los repuestos de almacén, así como la elaboración de un motor de búsqueda para su fácil ubicación. - Elaboración de un informe de mejora para la redistribución de funciones en el almacén y equilibrio de la carga de trabajo.
