I helped customers arrange product pick-up or home delivery and provided detailed information on stock availability, delivery times, and product availability at other store locations. Additionally, I supported the store’s day-to-day operations, including restocking, merchandising, and processing transactions. This role strengthened my customer service skills, commercial insight, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

In my role, I act as a key link between our internal systems, global supplier network, and clients. I manage both ongoing and new projects, ensuring that each request is directed to the right supplier with support from our teams in China and Europe. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, I oversee the full process and maintain clear, commercial communication throughout. I also focus on developing a smart and user-friendly client portal that provides our partners with real-time visibility into their orders, production progress, and delivery timelines. On a daily basis, I coordinate with manufacturers to manage quotations, samples, and lead times, helping ensure smooth operations and timely execution. This dual role allows me to strengthen transparency, streamline communication, and contribute to a more efficient service experience for our clients.

As a Customer Solutions Analyst, I serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. My role involves understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, and providing effective solutions to enhance their experience. I collaborate closely with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency. My analytical skills help in identifying trends and areas for improvement, enabling you to deliver exceptional service and support that fosters strong client relationships. My proactive approach and attention to detail ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
