* Mission to implement regional integration across all operations in the region, promoting strategic alignment allied with compliance adequacy. * Development and implementation of financial and non-financial factors as part of process criteria and analysis to identify material risks and opportunities. * Implementation of CO2 emissions reduction program and sustainability program for energy supply chain. * Operation encompassing near 170 sites distributed within Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Mexico. * Responsible for defining and strategic direction of environmental & sustainability, ensuring consistency across all organization, alignment with global procedures, policies and standards and local compliance. * Acting as guardian of the corporation in matters related to ESG, environmental crime/fraud, institutional damage. * Managing budget for provisions for environmental liabilities and for sustainability (RRR) and environmental projects; Elaboration of feasibility studies, financial modeling, business case, ROI, analysis of tangible/non-tangible benefits, action plans and deployment. * Development and implementation of the environmental criteria for the ESG operational excellence program, as well as environmental permits and licensing processes and projects for the Agribusiness and Food & Ingredients businesses. * Interaction with global and regional top management for projects, global and regional metrics/KPIs, strategic direction, investments and sustainability program. * Reporting the Head of Health, Safety and Environment for Latin America and to the Global Head of Sustainability and Environmental (based in USA/Europe).

* Mission to implement regional integration across all operations in the region, promoting strategic alignment allied with compliance adequacy. * Operation encompassing near 150 sites (of which 80 warehouses, 30 plants and 16 ports) distributed within Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Paraguay. * Responsible for defining and strategic direction of environmental & sustainability, ensuring consistency across all organization, alignment with global procedures, policies and standards and local compliance (each country). * Acting as guardian of the corporation in matters related to environmental crime/fraud and institutional damage. * Managing budget for provisions for environmental liabilities and for sustainability (RRR) and environmental projects; Elaboration of feasibility studies, financial modeling, business case, ROI, analysis of tangible/non-tangible benefits, action plans and deployment. * Development and implementation of the environmental criteria for the operational excellence program, as well as environmental permits and licensing processes and projects for the Agribusiness and Food & Ingredients businesses. * Focal point with regulation agencies and public ministry for the discussion of compliance issues, procedures, policies and local adequacy within operations in the region. * Interface with peers from North America, Europe and Asia for sharing global/regional trends, market perceptions, best practices and success cases. * Interaction with regional/global top management for results presentation/follow-up, new projects, approvals, regional procedures review, metrics/KPIs, strategic direction, investment needs and reporting of critical situations. * Reporting the Industrial Director for South America (based in Brazil) and to the Global Head of Sustainability and Environmental (based in the USA). * Managing a team of 4 direct professionals and over 40 distributed in plants/sites.

* Reporting to the Industrial Director Brazil and to the Global Head of Sustainability and Environmental (based in the USA). Supervision of 20 professionals. * Responsible for defining and strategic direction of environmental & sustainability, ensuring consistency across all organization, alignment with global procedures, policies and standards and local compliance. * Operation encompassing 109 sites (warehouses, silos, production plants and ports) nationwide. * Managing budget projects related to sustainability and environmental (RRR) and for provisions of environmental liabilities.

* Mission to implement and coordinate environmental area, encompassing processes, policies, guidelines and practices, as well as its integration and workflows across all areas. * In-charge to concept, design and implement of environmental systems, including: waste management, pollution control, recycling, environmental health and conservation plans. * Supporting to industrial operations to ensure efficient functioning of environmental programs, regulatory interpretations and elaboration of reports. Planning and development of the Operating Plan for Environmental Excellence.

* Acting in the Paulinia site, an industrial complex encompassing 32 manufacturing plants for the production of polymers, solvents and ingredients. * Mission to promote recertification of ISO 14.000. * Responsible for the maintenance of the Environmental Management System, in accordance with World Class Manufacturing System and global guidelines and procedures. * Attendance of internal and external audits on the Environmental Management System. * Supporting to industrial management team in the environmental risk and impact assessment and related issues.
