Moreover, I directed Owner construction organization in planning and mobilization of $2.5B+ value Ethane Cracking Furnace construction project and provided guidance regarding balance of plant portions of project. Furthermore, I acted as primary project representative with high degree of autonomy and little oversight. I administered creation of readiness review documents and comprehensive construction cost estimates for project FID approval. I also supported Project Executive Leadership Committee and Project Directors with construction execution management. • Ensured $11B+ as total estimated value of program project. • Achieved FID and mobilization permission by interacting with proper management levels. • Organized regular meetings with Saudi Aramco and Motiva top executives as well as Houston office senior management.

Delivered engineering and technical oversight of all civil and mechanical design deliverables and approvals as the Owner (SME) Subject Matter Expert for the construction of both 120MM SCFD Hydrogen Reformers. Oversight of the execution of construction of both reformers including boilers and OSBL equipment and support systems. Developed and tracked key performance indicators in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule. Primary interface with S&B and UHDE Engineering regarding equipment, welding and metallurgy. Primary interface with all equipment suppliers and third-party vendors managing schedule, delivery and quality. • Managed field construction, maintenance, engineering and other support activities, coordinated the work of subcontractors and ensured work was within scope and specifications. • Managed, monitored and reported to executive management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
