After almost 20 years of hardworking which brought me from starting up car lease companies in 6 different countries and from Account Manager to Management Board Member of one of the industry leaders I decided to start a sabbatical. In its home market, the Netherlands, Athlon Car Lease is market leader with approx. 126.000 contracts and turn-over of 1.3 billion Euro. Athlon Car Lease is 100% owned by De Lage Landen International, a member of the Rabobank Group. Rabobank is a global player founded on cooperative principles and backed by a triple-A rating of Standard and Poor´s and Moody´s (1986-2010). Board member of the VNA (Dutch car lease association). Chairman of the Board of Friesland Lease. Chairman of the Board of Zuid Lease. Board member of Wagenplan (JV with Achmea).

Athlon Car Lease Spain is 100% owned by Athlon Car Lease International, a part of De Lage Landen International, a member of the Rabobank Group. Rabobank is a triple-A ranked bank by Standard and Poor´s and Moody´s. From 1 March 2006 till 15 March 2008 I worked as a Managing Director Spain and from 15 March 2008 till 1 June 2010 as Managing Director France, Spain and Portugal. Member of the French Car Lease Association.

Founder and co-owner of Business Renting Movilidad en Equipo, SA. In May 2000 I founded this company and started to offer full service operational car lease activities in Spain. After 6 years we sold the company to Athlon Car Lease Holding. At that moment we had offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Las Palmas de GC. Portfolio was Euro 55 million and net profit beyond any other car lease company in the EU.

Founder and Managing Director of Business Lease Czech Republic (1996) and Slovakia (1998). One of the Top-3 players of carleasing at these markets.
