Served as Engineering and Operations Division Officer.

Training and Readiness Officer for Mine Countermeasure Squadron TWO. Responsible for identifying and correcting training deficiencies on 14 MCM class ships.

Serves as Team Lead for the Training and Assessment Department at the Warfare Center of Excellence for Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare. Focuses efforts across numerous resource sponsors, systems commands, research labs, and operational commands to ensure supremecy in Mine Warfare and Anti-Submarine Warfare.

* Responsible for tactical, operational and crew training for a Dock Landing Ship. Maintained mission capabilities during maintenance availability, ship training cycles, and a six month Middle East deployment. * Led over 320 personnel and assets in excesses of $339 million, including an annual operating budget of over $20 million. * Successfully led teams through multiple assessments and inspections while maintaining high standards, ethics and values. * As Training Team Leader, planned and executed over 50 successful training drills and training events.

Served as Deputy Executive Assistant for the Surface Warfare Enterprise, incorporating Enterprise Management principals at the Surface Type Commander. Primary original author of first ever Surface Warfare Enterprise 5-year strategic plan. Coordinated all aspects of Enterprise Operations between multiple Flag-level Staffs and cross functional teams. Products and reports were routinely used by over 23 Flag and General Officers.

Responsible for tactical, operational and crew training for a Mine Countermeasure Ship. Maintained MIW mission capabilities during two availabilities, ship training cycles, and a six month Middle East deployment. Led over 80 personnel and assets in excesses of $277 million, including an annual operating budget of over $2.5 million, in support of U.S. Navy mine warfare mission readiness. Served as Navigator, Training Manager, Security Manager, and Safety Officer.

Led and managed an Engineering Department of over 120 personnel. Actively managed and planned for numerous assessments and two shipyard maintenance availabilities while insuring engineering readiness and equipment reliability was unsurpassed. Led Engineering Department a highly successful 4-month industrial maintenance availability culminating in an exemplary Light-Off Assessment and getting the ship underway on schedule. Actively managed and planned for numerous engineering assessments including Initial Assessment, Underway Demonstration, and Board of Inspection and Survey.

As Manufacturing New Product Implementation (NPI) representative, experienced in the managing the transfer from the technology readiness level to the manufacturing readiness level.
