With over a decade of experience in accounting, auditing, and finance, complemented by my academic background—including an MBA in Data Science and Big Data (PUCRS), an MBA in Auditing, Finance, and Controlling (FGV), and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (FIPECAFI)—I drive Mediccont’s growth, innovation, and client-focused excellence. My primary goal is to simplify and optimize financial and administrative processes for healthcare professionals, ensuring our solutions are modern, accessible, and effective, ultimately empowering our clients to deliver outstanding patient care.

As the CEO of Clina.care, I lead a healthtech company that revolutionizes healthcare delivery through an innovative, technology-driven platform. Clina.care offers a pay-per-use marketplace for healthcare professionals to rent fully equipped consultation rooms, promoting flexible and accessible healthcare services. Our mission is to transform the healthcare landscape by providing a comprehensive ecosystem that connects professionals and patients seamlessly.​ In my role, I focus on strategic growth, technological innovation, and operational excellence. I oversee the expansion of our network, which includes over 700 adaptable spaces across 12 Brazilian states, and foster partnerships, such as our collaboration with WeWork, to enhance our service offerings. My responsibilities also encompass ensuring the platform's user-centric design, facilitating a seamless experience for both healthcare providers and facility hosts.​ Drawing on my extensive background in data science, finance, and business management, I aim to position Clina.care at the forefront of the shared economy in healthcare. By integrating advanced technologies and fostering a culture of innovation, I strive to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and patient-centered.​ This role complements my position as CEO of Mediccont, where I focus on simplifying financial and administrative processes for healthcare professionals. Together, these positions enable me to contribute to a more integrated and innovative healthcare system.

I supported operational, financial, and compliance audit programs, managing internal audit activities including scoping, testing key controls, and issue resolution. Conducted risk assessments, follow-up reviews, and investigations of potential fraud and compliance violations. Collaborated closely with external auditors, prepared audit plans, committee documentation, and high-level presentations. Monitored budgets, accruals, and performed research on auditing standards to implement best practices aligned with accounting policies and GAAP.

I successfully managed high-risk audit projects of critical importance for a Big 4 firm, demonstrating strong project management skills, technical proficiency, and recognized expertise. My experience includes audits of financial statements under BRGAAP, IFRS, and USGAAP, as well as evaluations of internal controls (SOX compliance), risk assessments, and complex accounting issues such as business combinations, impairment analysis, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance (including BNDES and ANEEL audits). Recognized for technical excellence, I contributed to forensic investigations, coached teams, optimized profitability through efficient project planning, and actively participated in professional practice initiatives, including internal quality reviews and technical communications.

I effectively supervised audit teams, coordinated projects, and ensured adherence to rigorous audit procedures and deadlines, maintaining high technical standards and compliance with IFRS and USGAAP. My role included detailed reviews of financial statements, regulatory compliance audits (ANEEL), and control evaluations to mitigate material misstatement risks. I actively communicated audit risks and findings to senior management, coordinated specialized teams, and developed internal training programs on accounting and auditing best practices.

I was responsible for executing audit procedures and ensuring accurate application of accounting standards (BRGAAP and USGAAP), including detailed analyses of cash flow statements and quarterly financial statement reviews. Conducted thorough reviews of accounting reconciliations and effectively engaged with clients to deeply understand diverse business processes through detailed walkthroughs, addressing both routine and complex issues.
