Accepted this job after interview stating they had just opened this office in June ’17 and needed someone to come in and be able to learn quickly and help grow the office. Within a month I was creating and updating all excel spreadsheets needed to dispatch, track water levels and equipment status. Trained new dispatchers as they were hired as office grew (went from 30 drivers to almost 80 in less than a year). Worked 12 hour shifts, 5 days a week and at one point was working 7 days a week when we were shorthanded. Maintained relations with drivers, flow hands and pushers while keeping track of water levels and changing dispatches as needed. Was recently let go due to a driver’s negligence that reflected on my job duties but left on good terms.

Worked Medicaid/Medicare accounts. Also worked as one of only 2 Enteral Coordinators and help establish a pilot program to consolidate 4 states into the Enteral Central call center which included creating training and policy and procedure manuals.

Started on night shift, responsible for creating, sourcing and dispatching all Simons Petroleum orders, answered calls and handles all issues in a timely and cost effective manner I was moved to day shift in Sept. 2010 to dispatch the West Coast region and then moved to the Northeast region approximately July '11; shared responsibilities of dispatching fuel products to Love's Travel Stops and other customers at both dispatch desks Both day and night shift requires working with all Regional Managers, Traders, Drivers, Delivered In Department, Fuel Ops, Maintenance, Store employee's, managers, outside carriers and other Love's, Musket and Gemini Departments Was moved back to night shift approximately Oct. initially employed as Dispatcher for the Central and Eastern Oklahoma and Arkansas areas, with responsibility to help McAlester, OK and Clarksville, AR yards acclimate to being dispatched from our central office and their new dispatch orders. Entered all customer locations for the McAlester yard into the new dispatch system. Moved to the Western Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle area in 2006. Worked with both areas 2 days per week when other dispatchers had days off, and also handled Texas and Louisiana areas when dispatchers were absent. Dispatched up to 11 oil drivers to oil rigs and compressor sites. Provided assistance to the Safety Department and maintained all logs and trip sheets for every driver in the company. Assisted other departments with the set-up of customers in the database to create a more efficient way to dispatch the drivers and acclimate the changes made. Created a new schedule for the Oklahoma City drivers that helped them have more time off, yet gave customers faster service. Created trusted relationships with customers, drivers, tool pushers and rig hands.
