I have good a facility of communication and personal relationship, appetency for new challenges, easiness of learning and organization, good autonomy, good team spirit and adaptation to work in group. Between October 2001 and September 2006, I worked in the Financial Reporting department in the Group Fima/Lever/Iglo, since October 2001. Montly, my main task was the execution of all the necessary parts to the financial report Unilever and Jerónimo Martins (shareholders of Group Fima/Lever/Iglo), being responsible for a Group of companies. In reporting, my responsibilities were: Elaboration of Annual Plan on the basis of underlying departments (annualy), Balance Sheet, Profit &Loss, Working Capital, Operational Cash Flow, rates and the control of the process that precedes the accomplishment to the monthy Financial Report. Later I was responsible for Advertising & Promotions Costs during 7 years, between my roles the cost control with Marketing teams for all business units. In beginning of 2014 I made a short assignment of 6 months in Treasury Department, with the responsability of Treasury planning. Following 3 years, I was Finance Business Partner in FoodSolutions business, my main responsability was to be the finance member to suport this business unit (reporting,financial support all teams inside the business as sales & marketing, with focus on profitability growth). Between May 2017 and September 2018 I was factory controller, with responsability in all country factories. In my main tasks was the defining the annual plan with the factory teams monitoring deviations with the creation and analysis of reports and support the teams. From October 2018 untill May 2020 I was responsible for Finance Shared Services for Unilever in Portugal. In my role I was able to managing the finance shared services team and the outsourcing company services that support this area, to accomplish month-end operational tasks to ensure delivery of results, among other tasks and analyses. Since June 2020 I am responsible for ​​internal control & risk management, during this time I was able to review all controls that belong to company framework (for group companies), creating all test plans, training the teams and implement new procedures to meet the requirements. Also, at the same time, leading projects that aim to create tools that allow simplification and agility for teams.
