* Implement, monitor and track the necessary documentation of import and export including international trade procedures, customs and nationalization of parts. * Monitor the import process, mainly service providers involved in the logistics chain: Forwarding Agent, Customs Broker, Shipping, Warehouse. * Monitor the Dealers as to the final billing for Venequip SA, Venequip Agro and end customers. * Monitor the billing of external service providers, in terms of payment advances. * Register in Genesis (internal company system) all the information related to imported parts. * Prepare weekly reports on Customs Projection and status of records of spare parts import. * Request payment of import duties to finance department. * Assemble records for internal use and subsequent audit process. * Support the spare parts Customs classification that are imported by companies Venequip SA, Venequip Agro and customers. * Provide support to the areas that require it such as E-Business, Branches and Clients.

* Perform purchase orders of stocked and emergency merchandise to different suppliers for companies Venequip SA and Agro Venequip. * Carry out strict monitoring and control of orders placed to suppliers, to ensure that the material reaches the National Management Branch or in time with correct quantity, specification and required quality. * Generate, analyze and process the automatic replenishment orders and manuals suggested by Branches. * Prepare weekly reports of placements of parts from different suppliers. * Monitor inventory levels. * Address and control branches requests, generating records to allow to control processes and facilitate decision making. * Review and update information in the system on pending orders and invoices in transit. * Provide support in terms of information material to the branches that require it.
