I’m a results-driven technical leader with nearly two decades of experience in the vehicle tracking and fleet management industry. Currently serving as the National Head of Technical (ZA) at Cartrack, I lead a national team of specialists focused on installation quality, hardware reliability, fleet optimization, and recovery readiness. Starting my career as a technician in 2006, I joined Cartrack in 2015 and steadily advanced through the ranks by delivering consistent results, building high-performing teams, and driving innovation at scale. I take pride in combining hands-on experience with strategic leadership to solve complex operational challenges and create safer, smarter solutions for our clients. My core focus areas include: Leading multi-functional technical teams across South Africa Developing and implementing safe fitment standards in collaboration with vehicle manufacturers Streamlining technical processes, tooling, and training programs Driving product testing, firmware validation, and technical approvals Elevating installation quality, client satisfaction, and technician performance I hold a Red Seal qualification as an Auto Electrician, bringing a strong foundation of practical expertise to every leadership decision. I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of technicians and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation.
