Cara Ugolini

Much of my work comes from walking alongside leaders and teams through times of growth, challenge, and transition. I’m especially curious about how people lead themselves when things feel hard, and how they stay connected to themselves and others under pressure. It is also shaped by over 25 years of ministry, where I learned the value of listening, asking the right questions, and fostering trust. Those experiences continue to guide how I work with leaders and teams today, helping me bring both care and clarity to complex challenges. I approach coaching in a relational, strengths-focused way. I believe people do their best work when they feel supported, clear, and in alignment with what matters to them. I pay attention to how individual strengths, communication patterns, and even nervous system responses show up in teams, and how small shifts can make a big difference in trust, resilience, and performance. I’m always exploring ways to support lasting, meaningful change. I get excited when “old-school” practices meet modern science, and I enjoy figuring out what works best for each person and situation. For me, it’s about finding tools that make sense, feel doable, and actually stick. I tend to work best with leaders who are thoughtful, values-driven, and care about the impact they have on others. Many of the leaders I support carry a lot of responsibility, and they’re looking for ways to lead that are sustainable, human, and true to who they are. Authenticity is power! At the heart of my work is a belief that leadership is both a skill and a calling, and that real change happens in relationships.
