Committed and hardworking Package Reliability Process Engineer with excellent problem-solving skills and process-thinking skills with 2 years of experiences in establishing package component related reliability processes, handling project including engineering design, proposal, cost analysis, project planning, execution, and commissioning. As Micron Memory Penang was in start-up phase, she worked collaboratively with sister sites to establish reliability processes and eventually successfully completed Lab Equivalency that enabled the lab to be fully operational. She is passionate about translating project visions and objectives into reality. A cohesive communicator who builds positive, cohesive relationships with all levels of staff and eager to put my extensive studies to practical, applied use. She has successfully completed a project with great tenacity in performing significant study in improving temperature cycle air flow that translated to 90% of chamber loading capacity as well as USD399K CAPEX avoidance in reducing the number chambers to be purchased for Fiscal Year 2023.
