* Recruited to increase/develop US and Latin American secondary loan sales and trading businesses. I manage execution on behalf of the global loan portfolio. In this capacity, I mitigate IG and HY risk via asset sales and derivative-product hedging, source credit investment opportunities, review credit risk, recommend market strategies, provide secondary market analysis, and collaborate to develop internal policies and procedures. As market point-person for the global bank book, I have well-developed relationships with sell-side sales/traders, buy-side sales/traders, investors, credit portfolio managers, and relevant market associations. In addition to my role in Loan Portfolio Management, I lead our Female Employee Resource Group in the US, a 500-person organization, which through robust communications and programming, supports the recruitment, retention and advancement of women in our firm. I am also a member of the Financial Women's Association President Council Strategic Advisory Council, The NYWF Corporate Leadership Committee, have moderated and participated on numerous professional women and diversity panels, and have presented at various market events.
