1. Deep-sea bay pilot, Chittagong and Mongla port: As a self-employed Deep-sea bay pilot, I was responsible for navigating vessels through the challenging waters of Chittagong and Mongla port. I provided expert advice and guidance to captains, ensuring that their vessels were safely and efficiently maneuvered into and out of port. 2. Port Captain: As a Port Captain, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of port operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo handling, and security. I worked closely with the port authority and other stakeholders to ensure that all operations were carried out in accordance with local regulations and international best practices. 3. Marine Survey: As a Marine Surveyor, I conducted a wide range of surveys for vessels calling at Chittagong and Mongla port. This included pre-purchase surveys, condition surveys, and damage surveys. I provided detailed reports to owners and charterers, highlighting any issues that needed to be addressed. 4. Mooring Master, LPG Deep Sea Terminal Chittagong: As a Mooring Master at the LPG Deep Sea Terminal in Chittagong, I was responsible for ensuring that vessels were safely and efficiently moored to the terminal. I provided guidance to the vessel's crew and oversaw the operation to ensure that it was carried out in accordance with best practices and local regulations. 5. Deep Sea STS, Mooring Master and Supervision on Dry Bulk, Tanker: In addition to my other responsibilities, I also provided support as a Deep Sea STS Mooring Master and supervised the loading and unloading of dry bulk and tanker vessels. I ensured that all operations were carried out safely and efficiently, and I provided guidance to vessel crews to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.

As an integral part of my role as a Nautical Instructor I have conducted regular theoretical classes and practical demonstration of course modules to help understand our cadets regarding various shipboard operational matters.

With my deep understanding of crew management, I was able to recruit and retain highly skilled professionals for our operations, ensuring that we had a skilled and dedicated team in place to meet the needs of our clients.
