Established Yachting Concepts, as a boutique yacht management and delivery company supporting luxury yachts up to 100 ft. Lead all aspects of the business, from client relations to operations, drawing on over 30 years of yachting experience. Services include yacht and crew management, global vessel deliveries, maintenance oversight, and consulting. Work closely with owners—many first-time buyers—to streamline costs, enhance reliability, and ensure seamless ownership. Recognised for combining hands-on technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision to grow a trusted brand in yacht management. Over time, Yachting Concepts has expanded from boutique beginnings to servicing some of the largest yachts in the world on a truly global scale.

After making my Bravo debut on Below Deck Adventure, I was announced at BravoCon 2023 as the incoming Captain for Below Deck Season 11, which premiered February 5, 2024, on Bravo. I returned to helm M/Y St. David again in Season 12 (2025), leading high-profile Caribbean charters under global media attention. My role showcased firm but fair leadership, effective crew management, and operational excellence, while representing the superyacht industry to an international audience.

Served as Relief Captain for a 290ft Oceanco, leading a crew of 27 in the Maldives. Worked closely with all departments to prepare the vessel for principal use, ensuring seamless operations and high service standards aboard this large yacht program.

Held full responsibility for a multi-million-dollar yacht program, managing and implementing budgets across all departments while ensuring operational efficiency and fiscal accountability. Negotiated vendor contracts to maintain schedules and control costs, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. Cruised extensively along the U.S. East Coast and Bahamas while overseeing safe operations and engineering management.

Appointed as Fleet Captain with responsibility for managing multiple charter vessels, overseeing itineraries, vendors, and budgets simultaneously. Established new vessel documentation in compliance with class requirements and ensured smooth operational readiness. Cruised along the U.S. East Coast and the Bahamas while preparing vessels for charter and eventual sale.

Served as Captain and Engineer for first-time yacht owners, overseeing all aspects of vessel management and crew leadership. Successfully negotiated and executed extensive refits across deck and engineering departments, including critical system upgrades and repairs. Held full responsibility for passage planning, budgets, safety management, HR, and crew training. Cruised extensively along the U.S. East Coast, Bahamas, and Caribbean, ensuring safe and efficient operations throughout.

Served as solo Captain and Engineer for live-aboard first-time owners, managing all aspects of vessel operations, engineering, and deck maintenance. Successfully prepared and outfitted the yacht for global cruising, ensuring readiness and reliability. Cruised along the U.S. East Coast and throughout the Bahamas, providing safe passage and owner support.

Served as First Officer and Relief Captain, insured and entrusted to command the vessel in the Captain’s absence. Trained the Ship’s Mate to assume First Officer responsibilities, strengthening the crew’s capability and continuity. Managed port and customs clearances across multiple countries while cruising the Atlantic, Bahamas, and Mediterranean.

Served as Delivery Officer and Chief Officer during transatlantic passage from South Florida to Venice, Italy. Assisted with the alteration of all vessel particulars during a change of ownership, ensuring compliance and operational readiness. Cruised across the USA, Atlantic, Mediterranean, and Adriatic during delivery and handover operations.
