Responsible for LPG/Oil-Chem and Container vessel Marine operations. - Oversee end-to-end marine operations for Gas, Oil/Chemical, and Container vessels, ensuring strict adherence to ISM, ISPS, MLC, and HSEQA regulations while driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance. - Conduct comprehensive internal audits, safety inspections, and incident investigations, fostering a proactive safety culture and supporting continuous improvement in environmental and operational standards. - Manage vessel performance, fuel efficiency, maintenance planning, and dry-docking operations to ensure optimal asset utilization, cost control, and lifecycle extension within defined budgetary frameworks. - Lead procurement and inventory management for spares, consumables, and provisions—streamlining vendor engagement, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a cost-effective and reliable supply chain. - Coordinate port operations, crew logistics, and cargo handling activities through effective collaboration with shipboard personnel, charterers, agents, and port authorities to ensure seamless execution and minimal operational disruption. - Provide technical leadership and support to onboard teams, conduct maritime security risk assessments and training, and implement robust vessel security plans for both standard operations and high-risk transits, including war zone passages.

Sailed on Aframax Crude Tanker , DF LNG VLCC - Led overall responsibility for the vessel, ensuring safe navigation, compliance with international maritime regulations, and alignment with company policies and operational protocols at all times. - Prepared vessels for inspections by major oil companies such as Shell, BP, and Vela, as well as for annual surveys and drydock surveys. - Report directly to the Company DPA/Operations Manager while leading the Deck, Engine, and Catering departments, and actively collaborating with the Ship Management Committee to drive vessel performance and safety. - Ensure the vessel remains fully seaworthy, maintaining the validity of all statutory, class, and trading certificates, while overseeing the effective implementation of the Company’s Safety Management System (SMS) onboard. - Oversee the planning and execution of voyages and cargo operations in accordance with Charter Party terms and voyage instructions, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and commercial performance. - Lead onboard emergency preparedness, serve as the Emergency Response Team Commander, and chair monthly Ship Safety Committee meetings to ensure strong safety culture and rapid incident response capability. - Monitor compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) and other applicable labor regulations, manage monthly wage accounting and ship’s cash, and oversee the procurement of provisions and stores. - Ensure proper implementation of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS), verify navigational plans for accuracy and safety, and maintain the vessel in full compliance with company navigational and operational standards.
