Retired from ADNOC Logistics and Services on 31st December 2020. I had joined ADNATCO-NGSCO since 3rd November 2013 and based in their Abu Dhabi head office. We were a part of ADNOC family , owing organizational restructuring ADNATCO-NGSCO has become ADNOC Logistics & Services. I was a grade 17 employee (Senior Superintendent). My designation was Superintendent HSE and I was responsible for all aspect of the management system, including auditing SIRE and third party inspections, carrying out investigation and specific improvement projects. While with ADNATCO-NGSCO I had frequently deputised for the DPA/MR and the Vice President HSE.

I worked with KOTC (Kuwait Oil Tanker) and was based in Kuwait from 10th March 2005 till 18th August 2013. I joined KOTC as Superintendent Fleet Quality Health and Safety. During my tenure with KOTC I held the position of Head of Marine Operations / Head of Fleet Quality Health Safety and Environment. I also briefly worked as Superintendent Fleet Personnel. I was posted in Jamnagar, Gujrat. I was Port Captain/Pilot. My job description included • Documenting, implementing and maintaining quality, health, safety, environment management system. Looked after the initial certification for ISO9001/14001/OHSAS 18001. Was DP /MR. • ISM implementation for the Harbour crafts • ISPS implementation for the Port. I was the PFSO of the Marine Terminal. All India co-ordinator for ISPS implementation within Rekiance • Marine Terminal Management • Marine Pilotage • Internal Auditor for the Marine Terminal and the Oil refinery • Management of harbor crafts

I worked in Aditya Birla Group in Sikkha, Gujrat, looking after coal import business. My job included post fixture follow up with vessel, unloading, coal yard management and loading railway rakes.

Looking after vessel operation/manning for a diversified fleet of 26 vessels. I was also involved in the initial ISM certification for the fleet. Companies Sailed with Shipping Corporation of India Ltd Mobil Shipping Neptune Orient Lines Amer Shipping Ltd Ex-Rajendra (1977-78) Additional Assignment As a freelancer I developed, implemented and assisted in ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001 certification for a ship breaking company in Alang, Gujrat. This was one of the most challenging assignments that I ever undertook.
